So easy and simple and delicious!
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 of a lemon juiced or 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 bunch of radishes slice thinly
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice/ vinegar. Pour over radishes and toss. Add salt and pepper.
- This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Just keep dressing separate and add right before serving.
