Hello Pin Oak Place supporters and eaters,
Winter is a time to catch up on all of those projects and plan for the next growing season. With all of this nice weather we’ve been having we are so tempted to go plant radishes, carrots and peas. But alas, we are getting snow tonight. The garlic is sleeping soundly and I’m sure very confused. We planted over 12 pounds this fall.
We are going to start selling shares for the CSA Feb. 1st. We are hoping to sell 15 shares. If we sell more great! The shares will be available for pickup at Rosmann Family Farms and we’ll also have deliveries in Omaha.
