Easy Fresh Radish Salad

So easy and simple and delicious!

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 of a lemon juiced or 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 bunch of radishes slice thinly
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice/ vinegar. Pour over radishes and toss. Add salt and pepper.
  2. This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Just keep dressing separate and add right before serving.
